Scott and the entire team are an absolute "gem" to work with (pun intended)! Everyone is friendly, helpful, accommodating, and delightful to work with. And the jewelry is stupendous. Some of my favorite pieces ever. I frequently get complimented on my engagement ring and always give credit back to Scott. and my husband of course! After married for 40 years I was looking for one of kind design & Roger the designer nailed it! Definitely they will be Only jeweler I go to. If you are considering making a visit to Andrew Z, DO IT! I couldn't be happier. A Diamond had fallen out of my ring and I needed it to be re-sized as well. Stephanie, Scott and Jessie were so helpful and amazing. I was able to have my Diamond replaced, my ring re-sized, cleaned, and we also put a "jacket" on my wedding and engagement bands. I was extremely happy with the workmanship and quality of work that was done. everyone is so friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming. I will always bring my jewelry to Andrew Z and make my purchases here moving forward.

We were looking to have a ring made with my birthstone (Tsavorite, a green garnet) in a unique setting. Scott Zychowski found gemstones for us to choose from at various price points before executing the design flawlessly. Absolutely thrilled with the level of detail, right down to the seamless transition from white to yellow gold on the leaf accents. Andrew Z's is definitely the place to go for gorgeous custom work!

Scott had great honest advice about what to do with my wedding set since I've lost the diamond out of it now for the 3rd time. (Not from here). Instead of selling a bigger and better ring, he gave me a few options and talked me through what may be the best option for me at this time. The newly serviced set looks just like it did the day I got married 15 years ago. I am very happy with everything.
