Super sweet and helpful staff. They do all their work in office, it doesn't get shipped off somewhere like the big mall stores.

I have used Field's for many years, and until now been happy with their services. Unfortunately, I learned they do not guarantee all their work. I had a ring resized eight months ago. The gold has already worn off and the band split where it was cut apart. When I returned to Field's for help, the jeweler stated I must have hit the band to cause the split, and since it was eight months ago, this was to be expected.
I disagreed as I have much older rings that have never split in the back. I suggest that if Field's will not guarantee their work, they need to inform customers before the work is done. I have found a new jeweler who does provide better customer service and care.

Did sodering on a gold chain and bracelet both have broken and now a 40 year gift lost because chain broken at their " repair" Maybe this will save some else's sentimental gift.
