HUGE SHOUTOUT to Jordan! Love her energy, her warmth, and ability to make me feel at ease when looking for our perfect ring. She went above and beyond by searching for multiple diamonds in my favorite pear shape to allow me to really see and compare to figure out what I wanted (because I honestly didn't know what my preferences were) and was just so incredibly knowledgeable about everything. She was great at answering all my questions and overall just made the process of picking out an engagement ring so much fun!
It's funny because we were just visiting and had no expectations walking in, thinking we were just going to shop online, but ended up loving what she found for us within our budget and purchased a ring right away. Definitely stop by if you're even the slightest bit curious - you'll be amazed at their selection and they'll make you feel right at home.

I had occasion to visit Pearce Jewelers recently to have a Citizen watchband resized. I had ordered the watch online direct from Citizen and had done a less-than optimal job sizing the band myself when I ordered it, and the band was considerably too large. I tried to have the band corrected locally, but this did not prove possible, and I was forced to look elsewhere to have this done. I ended up traveling 100 miles to Pearce, after discussing my need with Christy by phone, who assured me this could be performed at Pearce.
When I arrived, I was swiftly attended to by Jordan who rapidly resized the band to the correct size. As I was on the way out, I spied some beautiful pottery, and bought two pieces, an unexpected find. I would highly recommend this establishment.

I waited till the last minute to pick-up a birthday gift for my wife, unsure of what to get. I normally shop at Harrington's in Newport but they close early, so I had to find another place fast. I was pleasantly surprised by Pearce Jewelers! The associate was very helpful, showing me a couple different things while helping me to stay within my budget. I didn't feel hassled, rushed or pressured. This is a locally owned, non-franchise jeweler that will definitely be getting more of my business.
