We went to a lot of places for wedding bands and this one just stuck out. Dave was a delight to work with and made the experience fun. We had plenty of other jewelry stores push us to buy this and that and Dave asked "What we were looking for." We definitely know where to go for jewelry forever!

Tl;dr - amazing customer service, if you don't see what you're looking for, just ask. My fiance and I went here in search of an engagement ring. We were immediately comfortable with the business, but didn't find a ring we loved. We ended up getting a ring at a big box store -- and returning it in the first 30 days due to nightmarish customer service. We went back to Moritz-Reusch and told them what we were looking for.
While they did not have exactly what we wanted in store, our jeweler was able to customize an existing piece so that I had exactly what I wanted. This was a bit of a lengthy process, but our jeweler kept us updated the entire time. The icing on the cake: I ended up with a much nicer ring than the one from the big box store, and they were able to stay within our budget!
