We have used Plateau Jewelers for over 16 years! It's were my husband purchased my engagement ring and where we have purchased every other meaningful piece of jewelry since. Even though we moved to Texas last year, I still made time to stop in last week when visiting to upgrade my diamond stud earrings. They are always welcoming and professional, with no pressure, and help us in deciding on the perfect piece for the occasion and our budget. They have basically been a part of every huge event in our lives, from marriage, to celebrating becoming a mother, to recognizing significant birthdays. I can't recommend them enough!

Service is exceptional at Plateau Jewelers, and my first time here has been a terrific experience. My repair was ready in just a few days, done beautifully. Kelly offered to show me my stones under their microscope and gave me his thoughts on the age of my ring based on the cut of the stones. Really added to my positive experience. Highly recommended.

I have to say that the team at Plateau Jewelers is by far the best. Nancy has help my husband and I with a few different pieces and I love working with her. You feel like your the most important customer rather your spending $100.00 or $10,000. My engagement ring needed a better band but I loved the way it looked and it had such sentimental value to me, so they customized it to look the same but the ring was so much stronger with the new band and custom basket setting.
It looked even better paired with the new wedding band from their memoir collection Nancy helped us pick out. I have also had their help sprucing up other rings and have never been disappointed. And, as of recently both of those rings they worked so hard on we're stolen. The team here not only made me feel so cared for, but they were also able to replicate the engagement ring so I have that same ring back on my finger. I will always love the people here, and Nancy is my go to girl!

The staff at Plateau jewelers were so kind and amazing. I came in to have my wedding ring re-tipped and came out with my ring looking brand new again. They were up front and honest about the cost and process and very quick with the turn around. Also, the jewelry they have in store is beautiful. I would highly recommend them for any of your jewelry needs.

Plateau Jewelers was recommended to us and I am so glad we went! Denise was so patient and informative when it came to helping me as I had a lot of questions. I truly appreciated her out going, direct, and warming attitude. The other woman who greeted us was also very bubbly and personable. I was a bit difficult in which I wanted to customize. It only took a week and the ring was done. It is so beautiful!
My fiance and I could not have imagined a better more efficient experience selecting my engagement ring. They also offer free inspections and cleaning every six months. With other warranties of course. I would definitely check this place out on your ring search :
