I have known the Schmitt family for over 20 years and I could not be happier with my experience! I recently proposed to my girlfriend and Tom walked me through the entire process with absolutely no pressure to make one decision or another. We had multiple appointments and he was super helpful throughout every step of the process all the way until I gave Kelsey the ring. Kelsey fell in love with the ring! Had a great experience purchasing an engagement ring from them recently. All of the staff was extremely professional, courteous and there was zero pressure at any point throughout the process. Rare to find craftsmen now a days. Tim Schmitt and his team are true professionals. Beautiful collections and talented at creating that one off custom piece. Highly recommend Tim and his team. My husband and I were looking for a place to design a wedding band to go with a new ring we got. Ginnie and the staff here were SO helpful through the whole process. We live three hours away, but that didn't make a difference in the quality of customer service. Pictures, ideas, collaboration back and forth made it so easy to be able we were both on the same page. I LOVE the way my ring guard turned out. I'm so happy with Schmitt Jewelers.

Amazing service and beautiful ring - I cannot say enough good things! My now fiance/then girlfriend wanted a very specific, custom ring with a matching wedding band (within our allotted budget). Schmitt Jewelers took all of our input into consideration during the design process. They shared CAD renderings of their design to make sure it looked perfect, and the actual ring turned out even better than the renderings! I highly recommend Schmitt Jewelers, and we will definitely be visiting them again in the future!

Such a warm welcome when my fiancee and I visited Schmitt Jewelers for the first time. Beautiful show room with the shop on full display! Despite our tight timeline, Schmitt Jewelers were able to design and deliver exactly what we wanted in an engagement ring. In fact, it turned out even better than I imagined!
