Bill and staff are always very helpful. I regularly bring jewelry in for repair. The staff is knowledgable and Bill always available to talk about the specifics of the more challenging repairs. He is more that fair in helping to choose among the best alternatives so that my wife is completely satisfied. If needed, he wil bring in an outside expert to make sure all is done right. Bill and his team do an amazing job! I've always loved this one ring but it was old, worn down, and missing some stones, so as a surprise, my mom asked Bill to match my ring and custom design a new one. I couldn't of asked them to do a better job, the ring is beautiful, I wear it nearly every day and I am so appreciative of Bill and his team.

We got our engagement ring here and Bill and Margaret were absolutely wonderful to work with. I grew up in Simsbury and Bill Selig Jewelers was always a go to place so I was happy to look for an engagement right here. They helped me get pictures of the ring ahead of time and as I live out of state, when the ring was ready (around Christmas of 2020) Bill met me at the store after hours to make sure I could pick it up. Highly recommended!

Honestly, there's nothing I can complain about. I came in to have a gold ring resized, as I needed it to be quite a bit smaller. They determined the correct size and I left it there to be worked on. I was able to pick up the now perfectly fitting ring, which showed no marks from the adjustment, in about a week. They did excellent work, and for a modest price of $51. All in all, there's not much else you could ask for.
They are very friendly, prompt in their service, and offer reasonable prices for quality work. While I can't speak for the experience of actually purchasing jewelry here, I will say that the store was full of truly stunning pieces. I would definitely return here for any future repairs and would recommend it to anyone looking for fine jewelry.
