Had an amazing experience with Nancy at Bentley Diamond. I went in looking for an engagement ring and she far exceeded my expectations. Nancy was extremely helpful and very personable. She took the time to get to know me first even before we started looking at any rings. This meant a lot because it showed she actually cares about her customers and is not only interested in making a sale. On top of that, she was extremely knowledgeable and very professional.
