Resized my grandmas rings to fit my fingers. Awesome job. Repaired a pendant from my grandma as well, really amazing staff & awesome repair/resize job. I'm happy with the services. The staff is seriously what makes this place so great. Also gorgeous jewelry

My fiance and I visited the store recently, looking for wedding bands and were given the worst service ever. The woman who waited on us had a pseudo superior attitude and was incredibly snippy when we asked questions: Like it was an ordeal for her to help us. The merchandise is incredibly overpriced for the quality they offer (or lack of) and we will take our money to a better jeweler.

We have been Malloves customers for many years. Recently, Mark and his team went even more above and beyond (if that's possible!) to accommodate us. We relocated out of state last year and adopted a dog. Three days after adoption she bit or broke my diamond off of my beautiful engagement ring while playing and we never found it. I was devastated! When COVID restrictions were lifted and we were finally able to go home to Ct., my husband wanted to surprise me.
He sneaked my broken ring out of my jewelry box and headed to Malloves. We were only in town for a few days, but they managed to replace my lost diamond with an equally beautiful new one in very short time! They even wrapped my ring in a necklace box to keep the surprise going! They are simply the best! Also, Mark, if you are reading this, I'm sorry if I was rude to you on that phone call when you couldn't tell me why you were calling and so I wouldn't give you Paul's number! You didn't want to spoil that surprise!

My husband and I went to Malloves when my engagement ring needed to be reset (from a tiffany setting to a basket setting), and were so impressed by the quality of their work and the customer service, we immediately chose them for our wedding bands as well!
